Indian Army Chief Manoj Pandey will go to Nepal in August and will get the honor:  Indian Army Chief Manoj Pandey.

Indian Army Chief Manoj Pandey will visit Nepal in August. There he would be awarded the honorary title of General of the Nepal Army.

In view of this, the Indian Ambassador to Nepal Dr. Shankar Prasad Sharma also spoke to the Indian Army Chief on Monday. He gave this information through his official Twitter handle.

He wrote, ‘Nice to talk to Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Manoj Pandey! We discussed various aspects of bilateral defense cooperation and thanked the Indian Army for its ongoing cooperation with Nepal.

The process of respect has been going on since 1950.

In the year 1950, when General KM Cariappa went on a tour of Nepal, the tradition started between Nepal and India that both countries would respect each other’s armies.

Earlier, Nepal’s Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) Prabhu Ram Sharma visited India in November last year. His visit to India was at the invitation of his Indian counterpart.

He was also given an honorary honor by the Indian Army Chief. During this, Sharma met Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.

He had tweeted and said, ‘Glad to welcome Nepal Army Chief General Prabhuram Sharma to India.

Himachal and Uttarakhand visited last week.

Last week, Indian Army Chief General Manoj Pandey visited the border areas of Himachal and Uttarakhand adjoining China.

The Army Chief visited the border Samdo in Himachal, adjacent to China. Here he met with the ITBP jawans including the Indian Army posted on the border.

NSE Co-Location Scam: Big action by CBI, OPG Security MD Sanjay Gupta arrested.

The Central Investigation Agency (CBI) has taken major action in the NSE Co-Location Scam case.

CBI has arrested Sanjay Gupta, MD, OPG Security. CBI officials had raided several places in the co-location scam.

Raids took place last month.

The CBI had raided 12 locations including Mumbai, Gandhinagar, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram and Kolkata last month. CBI had filed a chargesheet against former NSE CEO and MD Chitra Ramakrishna.

The CBI had detained Ramakrishna and NSE’s group operating officer Anand Subramaniam. The ED is also probing the matter.
