Hearing In Gyanvapi Masjid Case Completed, Verdict On Sep12

Hearing in Gyanvapi Masjid case completed, the court will pronounce a verdict on September 12.

In the Gyanvapi Shringar Gauri dispute case, the court has reserved the verdict till September 12. The hearing of both parties has been completed.

Now the verdict will be pronounced on 12 September. During the hearing of the Gyanvapi case, Aurangzeb’s entry has also been made.

On asking for the paper, it has been claimed from the side of the mosque that the land of the mosque is the property of Aurangzeb.

After completion of the arguments on behalf of the Muslim side in this matter, today the Hindu side will file a reply to the objection.

Earlier, the district judge of Varanasi had become angry with the court continuously asking for the next date through the mosque side.

Taking a strict stance, he fixed the next date on 22nd August and imposed a fine of Rs 500 on Anjuman Inazaniya.

On the next date i.e. last August 22, instructions were given to come with full preparation. Let us tell you that the hearing, in this case, was fixed on 18th August i.e. Thursday.

On the previous date also, the Anjuman Insanjariya Masajid Committee had sought 15 days’ time from the Masjid side.

Hearing in Gyanvapi Masjid case completed: The lawyer of the mosque side had died.

The reason behind seeking time from the court was said to be the lack of preparation due to the sudden demise of advocate Abhay Nath Yadav.

Let us inform you that the advocate of the mosque side, Abhaynath Yadav suddenly died of a heart attack.

For this reason, the Anjuman Inazantiya Masajid Committee, while making an application before the court, said that the file related to the case is in the chamber of advocate Late Abhay Nath Yadav.

Therefore, to file your reply in this case, you have to prepare by appointing a new lawyer.

Accepting the application, the court fixed August 18 as the next date.

But during the hearing on Thursday, the Masjid side raised two new lawyers to represent the case but again prayed to give the next date, this angered the court.

Shamim Ahmed and Yogendra Prasad Singh alias Madhu Babu have been appointed as new lawyers on behalf of the respondent Masjid side. Now the matter will be heard on August 22.

The hearing of the mosque side was also completed.

In the hearing that went on till now, the Masjid side filed a reply. On which his advocates completed the debate on behalf of the four litigants of the temple side.

Let us tell you that the sustenance of the case i.e. 7/11 case is going on. After this hearing, the district judge’s court of Varanasi will decide whether the case is maintainable or not.
