Kerala’s Kochi Police got a big success, a Nigerian national was arrested for drug trafficking: Drug Trafficking.

Kerala’s Kochi Police on Wednesday arrested a Nigerian national, who was residing in Bengaluru and was selling MDMA in large quantities to Kerala from Delhi and Bangalore.

The arrested Nigerian national is named Okafor Eze Emmanuel, who is 36 years old. He was arrested by the Palarivattam Police from KRpuram in Bengaluru.

Nigerian national was hiding in Bangalore with a German woman.

Giving information about the case, DCP IPS Sasidharan of Kochi Police said, ‘The Nigerian citizen was hiding in Bangalore with a German woman.

The arrest has been made after a one-and-a-half-month operation. The gang has been found smuggling 4.5 kg of MDMA to Kerala in the last six months.

6 arrested including a Nigerian national.

He further said, ‘We have arrested six people including a Nigerian national in this case. They used to deliver drugs to different places in Kerala.

There will be more accused in this case. He too will be arrested soon. The police team is on the lookout for them.

IPS Sasidharan said, “This is part of an investigation with the intention of nabbing drug dealers. It is also part of a special campaign against drug trafficking and drug use.

This is in connection with a case registered by the Palarivattom police on July 20 for drug trafficking of 102.04 grams of MDMA.

Horrific road accident in Karnataka, heavy truck-jeep collision; 9 people died including 3 children.

A horrific road accident occurred in Tumkur, Karnataka. A jeep and a truck collided hard on the National Highway near Sira.

The collision was so tremendous that 9 people died in it. Apart from this, 11 people have also been injured in this accident.

Three children are also among the dead. It is being told that all the people who were injured in the accident were laborers.

The police officer said that the laborers were coming to Bangalore. After getting information about the accident, SP Rahul Kumar immediately reached the spot.

The cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained. At present, the accident is being investigated.
