Indian captain Sunil Chhetri said, hope to continue scoring goals: Charismatic Indian footballer.

Sunil Chhetri expressed the hope that he will continue to play and score for the country in the near future after equaling Brazil’s Pele in terms of the number of goals scored at the international level.

The 37-year-old Chhetri played a key role in India’s 1-0 win against Nepal in the 83rd minute of the SAIF Championship.

With this goal, Chhetri, who has played 123 matches for India, is joint third with Ali Mabkhout of UAE among active football players. Cristiano Ronaldo (112) and Leon Messi (79) have more goals than him.

Indian captain Chhetri said, “On a personal level, I am not a big fan of statistics and achievements. But don’t get me wrong, I am grateful for everything I have achieved.

For me though, there is nothing bigger than winning for the team, be it for the country or the club.

India and England’s warm-up match in T20 World Cup was canceled, now Team India will play with this team.

In the T20 World Cup 2021, India has to play its first match against Pakistan, but before that India has to play two warm-up matches against England and Australia.

Out of this, India was to play against England on 18 October, but now it has been changed.

This practice match between India and England has been canceled and now on October 18, India will play a warm-up match with Australia.

While on October 20, India has to play a warm-up match against South Africa. India has to play both the warm-up matches according to India’s time from 7.30 pm.
