India’s Busy Schedule Till T20 World Cup

India’s busy schedule till T20 World Cup, management is considering forming two separate teams.

The Indian cricket team’s schedule is going to be busy for the next eight months till the ICC T20 World Cup in Australia in October-November.

The Cricket Board of India (BCCI) is planning overseas tours for three more limited-overs series after the England tour in July and ahead of the T20 World Cup.

India also has to play a T20 against Ireland. Due to Corona, players are living in the bio bubble and they are facing a lot of challenges.

The board knows this, so the team management is preparing to form two teams. This can be seen after the tour of England.

According to sources, India will tour the West Indies soon after the England tour before traveling to Zimbabwe and then take part in the Asia Cup in the United Arab Emirates to prepare for the T20 World Cup, which is scheduled to begin on October 16.

According to the Times of India report, India’s tour of Sri Lanka will end on March 16. Its Indian players will be busy with the IPL, which will run till the third week of May.

After this, there will be a five-match T20 series against South Africa in India till June 19. A week later, it will fly to the UK.

India’s busy schedule till T20 World Cup: Can be two different teams.

The Indian team management and selectors have started considering creating a mega-pool of around 35 players who will represent India.

T20 with Ireland is likely to clash with the Test match against England. In such a situation, there is every possibility that two teams can be made.

This happened last year also. Last year, under the leadership of Virat Kohli, Team India went on a tour of England.

At the same time, a team led by Shikhar Dhawan went on a tour of Sri Lanka for a limited-overs series.

According to TOI, a BCCI official said, “Discussions on the bio-bubble break have already started. Each player is informed of the busy schedule.

They have been given time to think about when they would like to take a break.

There is also a possibility that the second team will tour Zimbabwe and look to play the first team in the Asia Cup to get the combination just before the T20 World Cup.

India’s busy schedule till T20 World Cup: In view of the T20 World Cup to be held in Australia, the Indian team will play most of the T20 matches on these tours.

However, coach Rahul Dravid has said that the team management has more or less made the team that is likely to play in the World Cup.

After the last T20 match against West Indies, Dravid had said that he did not want to spread the net too much. But with such a hectic schedule, the focus will have to be on a larger pool of players.

The BCCI has decided to play this series because of its commitment to helping member countries generate revenue for their board.

It is believed that the proceeds from the one-off T20 International against Ireland will be enough to cover the expenses of the Irish board for one year.

The schedule is very tight and the team management is already working to prepare another new team for the T20 World Cup.
