Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist module busted in Pulwama, 3 arrested with arms and ammunition.
The Pulwama Police has busted the Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist medulla operating in the area.
During a raid, the police along with three associates of the organization recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition.
Police are interrogating all three. It is feared that on the basis of this inquiry more arrests can be made in the area.
According to the police, the three arrested Jaish-e-Mohammed associates have been identified as Owais Altaf son Altaf Hussain Ganai resident of Jandwal.
Aaqib Manzoor son Manzoor Ahmed Mir resident of Gudura, Waseem Ahmed Pandit son Ghulam Mohammad resident of Karimabad Pulwama.
Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist module: In the preliminary investigation, it has come to the fore that all three are associated with the Jaish organization for the last several months.
Police also recovered one AK rifle, three magazines, 69 AK rounds, and 01 grenades from the arrested overground workers.
In the preliminary interrogation, these associates have confessed that they work for Jaish-e-Mohammed.
Apart from making arrangements for lodging and food for the terrorists of the organization, they also do the work of supplying weapons to them.
The police have claimed that on the basis of their interrogation, more raids and arrests can be conducted in the coming days.
