Maulana Fazlur Rahman warns army, arrest certain for Maryam Nawaz. Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz vice-president Maryam Nawaz will be arrested. She can be arrested for violating bail conditions.

The leading news agency quoted sources as saying that the National Accountability Bureau is preparing a case of bail violation.

Her bail can be canceled. Earlier, police have arrested Maryam’s husband Muhammad Safdar. However, he was also released on bail after some time.

Maulana Fazlur Rahman warned the army

Meanwhile, Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rahman on Wednesday warned the Pakistani army to stop interfering in government and police affairs, otherwise, the country would not be able to live in unity.

Rehman told reporters that the recent incidents in Karachi have made it clear that the army has strict control over everything in Pakistan.

Sindh Police’s attitude slowed down

At the same time, the Sindh Police’s attitude showing rebellious attitude against the arrest of Maryam’s husband Muhammad Safdar has come loose.

Sindh Police Chief Mushtaq Mahar has postponed his leave and has also requested his officers to postpone the leave for 10 days in the larger interest of the country.

The police chief has made the request to the authorities after the order was ordered by Army Chief Qamar Javed Bajwa to investigate the circumstances of Safdar’s arrest.

Direct confrontation between paramilitary forces and police

It is noteworthy that a direct confrontation between paramilitary forces and police have started in the biggest city of Pakistan on the issue of Safdar’s arrest.

Many senior police officers have submitted their leave applications to protest against the incident. Opposition parties have accused the Frontier Corps of allegedly pressuring the police for Safdar’s arrest.

The Sindh police tweeted in a series of tweets saying that the incident on the night of 18 October has left officials angry.

Director-General of Police decided to go on leave

As a result, the Director-General of Police of Sindh decided to go on leave. After this, many other officers also gave leave application to protest against the insult of Sindh Police.

This was not a collective decision, but a natural response from the officials, as every member of the department felt disrespected. The Sindh Police has also thanked Army Chief Bajwa for immediately ordering the investigation of the case.
