Sunni Waqf Board Petition Accepted In KVN-GVM Case

Sunni Waqf Board petition accepted in Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi case, hearing on November 12. In Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi Case, the court has accepted the revisionary admission of Sunni Central Waqf Board.

The district judge has given the Sunni Waqf Board a hearing on November 12. There will be a debate on jurisdiction over the hearing of the case.

Jurisdiction to be decided

In fact, the side of Kashi Vishwanath temple had demanded an Archaeological Survey to which the Anjuman Intejamiya Committee objected. But then the Sunni Waqf Board entered the case and filed a petition in the court.

The Sunni Waqf Board said that the case should be heard in Lucknow Waqf Tribunal but on February 25, the court quashed the petition. After this, the board applied for a revisionary admission, the date of hearing on 20 August.

Now the hearing will be held on 12 November

The decision was given on 22 October at 6 pm after hearing the arguments of the three parties in the case i.e. Lord Vishweshwar Temple Paksha, Anjuman Intejamia Committee Masjid Paksha, and Sunni Waqf Board.

After the decision came at 6 pm on Thursday, the Sunni Waqf Board’s Revisionary Admission has been accepted and now the jurisdiction will be heard on November 12.

The district judge said in the hearing that the subordinate court has determined that it has the right to hear the case pending since 1991. In this case, there is no need to refer to Waqf Board Lucknow.

The sessions court has the right to hear against this order. The Nazir presented by the opposition suit friend does not apply.

In such a situation, this surveillance is accepted as civil monitoring. Filing this monitoring petition, the date of November 12 is fixed for disposal and advance order.

Meanwhile, Superintendent of Police suspended Sub-Inspector Intasar Ali (SI Intsar Ali) posted at Ramala police station in Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh without having a long beard without permission.

After this action, the Deoband clerics in Saharanpur have opened a front against the SP. The Ulama of Deoband has demanded immediate suspension of the SP.

The Ulama of Deoband has termed the action of Baghpat SP as wrong. Etihad Ulema-e-Hind Deoband national president Kari Mustafa Dehalvi said that the SP had moved the line to shave one of his officers, Istasar Ali.

SP sir should not have taken such action. It is not right to take such action on the basis of Tasub. We condemn this on behalf of ourselves and our bosses in a strict alphabet.

The UP government and the central government demand that those officers who are working on the basis of Tasub, such people do not have the right to continue in the job. Such people should be suspended immediately.
