Now More Flights Will Be Available For Domestic Travel

Now more flights will be available for Domestic travel, the government has given this exemption.

With the decrease in the cases of Covid, now business activity has started returning to normal. Along with this, the aviation industry is also increasing the number of aircraft.

In this sequence, the government has allowed increasing the number of domestic flights by 15 percent. Earlier 50 percent of the aircraft were allowed to fly.

This has now been increased to 65 percent. This decision has come into effect from Monday (July 5).

However, international flights will remain banned till July 31. The government has not given permission to start flights on this route.

The Aviation Ministry tweeted that in view of the increasing demand for domestic flights, its capacity is being increased from 50 percent to 65 percent.

This order will continue till July 31, 2021, or further orders.

On the other hand, after a gap of two months in Nepal, domestic flights have been started with the seating capacity of only 50 percent passengers.

Due to this, there has been an increase in the domestic airport building in Kathmandu since Thursday.

Prior to this, private Air Asia India started operating nine aircraft. In these, from crew members to pilots, all are being fully vaccinated. They have been given both doses of the vaccine.

According to the company, the places where it is being flown with the fully vaccinated crew are Bengaluru-Kolkata, Kolkata-Bengaluru.

Bengaluru-Chennai, Chennai-Guwahati, Guwahati-Bengaluru, Bengaluru-Pune, Pune-Jaipur, Jaipur- Pune, and Pune-Bengaluru.

Indigo has started its first flight from the city of Darbhanga in Bihar. According to the airline, Darbhanga will now be connected to IndiGo’s network through nonstop services to Hyderabad and Kolkata.
