He met NSA Ajit Doval after reaching India. Sullivan will attend the meeting of Critical and Emerging Technologies (CET).

He will discuss bilateral issues with the NSA and review India-US relations.

He will partner on regional and global issues for mutual interest. He will also chair the first annual review of iCET with an inter-departmental delegation from both countries.

Tomorrow, the NSA will address the participants at the India-US ICET roundtable organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry with industry CEOs.

NSA Ajit Doval Meets US NSA Jake Sullivan: Also met External Affairs Minister Jai Shankar.

NSA Sullivan also met External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar earlier today. He is also expected to meet PM Modi.

Earlier he was scheduled to visit India in February, but he had to postpone the visit at that time. Let us tell you that now he is on his India visit for two days.

S Jaishankar shared a post on X after the meeting, Jaishankar said, ‘Glad to welcome US NSA @JakeSullivan46 in New Delhi this morning.

Bilateral, regional, and global issues will be discussed in detail. Confident that the India-US strategic partnership will continue to grow strongly in our new tenure.’

Sullivan’s visit was discussed on June 6.

Earlier, on June 6, PM Modi and US President Joe Biden discussed Sullivan’s upcoming visit to India on a call. This call was made when Biden congratulated PM Modi, for the victory in the Lok Sabha elections.
