Ravindra Jadeja Made 37 Runs In One Over
Ravindra Jadeja made 37 runs in one over with the help of Dhoni, revealed after the match: IPL 2021.
In the 14th season of the Indian Premier League i.e. IPL, Chennai Super Kings stopped the winning chariot of Royal Challengers Bangalore. The entire RCB team looked helpless in front of CSK all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja.
Jadeja contributed to the team with the bat as well as the ball and he kept the team head high even during fielding.
In the same match, Jadeja scored 37 runs in one over. Regarding this, Jadeja said that it was due to the help of MS Dhoni that he got so many runs in the last over.
At Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium, Ravindra Jadeja played a stormy 62-run knock with the help of 4 fours and 5 sixes in 28 balls.
When asked about whether a better day could be yours on the cricket pitch, he replied, “No, I don’t think. I enjoyed it.
When you contribute to the team’s victory, you feel good. I am working very hard on my fitness and skills. Luckily, my hard work paid off in this match because I did well with the bat and the ball. ”
Jadeja further said, “It is hard to play as an all-rounder because you have to do well in all departments. I don’t do all the things (batting, bowling, and fielding practices) in one day while training.
One day I I work on my skills while working on fitness for the second day. This is how I manage my workload.
I was thinking about hitting in the last over and Mahi Bhai (MS Dhoni) told me what to do Hai and how Harshal Patel can bowl. ”
All-rounder Jadeja told, “Mahi Bhai told me that he (Harshal Patel) would bowl the ball outside the off stump and I was ready for it.
Luckily I connected well and we reached 191 runs. He was very much for our team. It was a good over. I knew that I could score runs if I was on strike.
I didn’t have a day (dropping a catch), but I had a batsman run out. And I’m happy about that. When Jadeja was on strike in the last over, Dhoni was standing with him on non-strike, who did not get a single ball to play.
