Security Forces Are Taking Steps For Republic Day Celebrations

Security forces are taking steps after rehearsal before Republic Day celebrations, tight security arrangements have been made.

Army’s Jammu and Kashmir Infantry, Jammu Kashmir Armed Police, Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and NCC cadets rehearsed on Tuesday.

They rehearse at the grounds of Jammu Vishwavidyalaya before participating in the main parade of Republic Day celebrations.

Along with the security forces personnel, school children are also participating enthusiastically in the rehearsal started by the administration.

The MA Stadium, the main venue of Republic Day celebrations, has been cordoned off by the security forces.

No one was allowed to enter the stadium without a security check. Due to security reasons, rehearsals are not being held at MA Stadium this year.

Security forces are taking steps for Republic day: During the rehearsal, various security agency personnel and NCC cadets did a march past.

During the rehearsals, the ground of Jammu Vishwavidyalaya was completely closed and barbed wire has also been put up there so that no one can enter.

Parking was also banned on the ground during rehearsals. Not only this, no vehicle is being allowed to park due to security reasons.

The district administration will soon organize a meeting regarding the organization of the Republic Day celebrations, in which a decision will be taken on the participation of the people.

Tight security arrangements were made during the rehearsal:

During the rehearsal of the Republic Day celebrations which started at 9 am on Tuesday, there were tight security arrangements around Jammu Vishwa Vidyalaya.

Apart from the police, army personnel was also stationed there for security.

The security forces, school children, and artists who participated in the rehearsals were taken to the rehearsal venue in police buses and would be taken back in the same buses after the rehearsals.

Apart from security, no one is being allowed to enter the rehearsal venue to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.
