Security Personnel Killed A Terrorist In Avantipora
Security personnel killed a terrorist in Avantipora, CRPF jawan martyred in Budgam. An Assistant Sub Inspector of CRPF was killed in an attack on security forces ambushed by terrorists in Budgam on Thursday morning.

An encounter between militants and security forces began in the Maghama area of Tral in Avantipora on Thursday morning. Kashmir zone police said that the security forces have been successful.

The intelligence agency had received information that terrorists were hiding in Machama of Tral area of Avantipora, Jammu and Kashmir police and security forces surrounded the area as soon as information was received.
The terrorists saw themselves surrounded and opened fire on the security forces. In retaliation, the security forces have succeeded in killing a terrorist.
A senior police official said that the militant killed in the shootout has not been identified yet. A joint search team of 42 RRs from the police and the army is conducting a search operation.
The terrorist attack on the CRPF team
A patrol of 117 Corps personnel of CRPF was passing through the Kaisermula area of Chadura Budgam this morning. Suddenly, the terrorists hiding in an orchard near the fields opened fire on the soldiers.
In this, ASI Badole was seriously injured. Other soldiers took their positions and fired back. He arranged for his injured partner to be evacuated to the hospital amid the firing of terrorists.
Firing continued on both sides for about 10 minutes. After this, the terrorists escaped from there. The terrorists also took away the injured CRPF personnel’s rifle before leaving.
Additional teams of police, army, and CRPF from nearby camps also reached the spot as soon as the encounter was reported, but by then the terrorists had escaped.
The youths have laid siege to the entire area in search of terrorists hiding somewhere in the adjoining areas of the encounter site.
Meanwhile, CRPF spokesman Pankaj Singh said that the injured ASI was admitted to the Army 92 Base Hospital for treatment, where he passed away without suffering any injuries.
According to local sources, two terrorists were seen on a bike near Bagh. They fired upon the CRPF squad. He has also taken the rifle of the martyred CRPF personnel.
BDC chairman was murdered in Budgam
Explain that a BDC member was murdered outside the house by militants in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. The BDC member came back home several days later. These days he was staying in Srinagar amid security.
A police official said that BDC President Bhupinder Singh of Khag block in Budgam district was shot dead by militants in his native village Dalwash at around 8.45 pm. He died on the spot. The police officer said that two security personnel were deployed to protect Singh.
