A search operation was launched after the suspect was spotted late on Tuesday night near the LoC in the Sunderbani sector of the Jammu division.

During this, a soldier was injured in the firing. He has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The search operation is still going on in the said area by the army.

According to the information, some armed suspects were seen in Dudal village near LoC in the Sunderbani sector.

After this, the soldiers launched a search operation in the area late on Tuesday night. During this firing, a jawan got minor injuries.

Since the said area is adjacent to the border, the search operation is still going on. The possibility of infiltration of terrorists from across the border also cannot be ruled out.

This is the reason why the soldiers of the army are taking this matter seriously and thoroughly scrutinizing them every step of the way.

Drones have been seen hovering in the vulnerable areas of Jammu for the fourth consecutive day. The latest incident happened in the early hours of Wednesday.

They were seen hovering around 600 meters above the military station and Air Force signal near Goswami Enclave in Jammu’s Kaluchakk at 4.40 am and 4.52 am on Wednesday.

Although no one is officially confirming this yet, sources say that two drones have been seen hovering in the early hours today.

Although there is a high alert in the said area since last Monday, after the incident of a continuous drone sighting, the search operation is going on in the surrounding areas even today.

In the morning, when the soldiers saw the drone hovering, they also fired at it.

A BSF official, on the condition of anonymity, said that drones have been sighted while a case has not yet been registered with the police in this regard.

It is worth noting that on Sunday, two bombs were detonated by drones at the Air Force Station in Jammu.

After this, the next day on Monday and again on Tuesday, drones were seen hovering over the army brigades located at Kunjwani and Ratnuchak.

After the drone attacks on the Air Force Station, the administration and police have started collecting the details of the drone owners.

It has been clearly instructed by the administration that strict action will be taken against those who do not have permission to keep drones.

Apart from this, those who have not yet taken permission from the administration to have a drone, but can complete all the formalities as soon as possible.

It is important to mention here that many photographers have kept drones in the city. Many of these do not even have permission to do so.

This is the reason that some drones have even been confiscated by the police.
