Summons issued against Shabbir Shah’s wife in connection with money laundering for terrorist activities: Jammu Kashmir.

The Additional Sessions Judge of Delhi has issued a summons on Saturday against Dr. Bilkis Shah, wife of the separatist and chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party, in a case related to money laundering for terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir.

The summons was issued by the Enforcement Directorate taking cognizance of the supplementary charge sheet filed against Bilkis.

The Enforcement Directorate filed a charge sheet against Bilkis in September 2020 under the Money Laundering Act.

The Enforcement Directorate has made Bilkis charged in connection with his role in money laundering to raise financial support for illegal activities.

Earlier, the Enforcement Directorate has attached assets of Shabbir, wife Bilkis, and daughters in the loop Ifandibagh area of ​​Srinagar.

The Enforcement Directorate has stated in the charge sheet that Shabbir was carrying out anti-national activities with partner Mohammad Aslam Wani. Wani is a member of Jaish-e-Mohammed.

Shabbir used to get money from terrorist organizations in Pakistan through Mohammad Aslam Wani. Vani used to transfer this money to Bilkis, Shah’s wife several times.

Shabbir used the money for terrorist and separatist activities in Kashmir. Shabbir has prepared a large number of land properties in Kashmir through hawala business for terrorist activities.

The Enforcement Directorate has prepared a case against Shabbir and his wife based on the FIR registered against Wani and the charge sheet presented in the court.

Peoples Democratic Party President and former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, referring to the summons of the Enforcement Directorate, said that I am not afraid of them.

In an interaction with reporters after addressing a conference of party workers in Kulgam in south Kashmir, Mehbooba said that the matter is now in court.

Therefore, it would not be right for me to talk about this, but I am not afraid of any inquiry, inquiry, or summons.

Everyone knows why this summons has been sent. I will not stop raising my voice in favor of Kashmir and Kashmiris for fear of investigation.
