Meanwhile, in Sopore, police seized a shop and a room of Hizbul Mujahideen’s notorious terrorist Imtiyaz Ahmed Kandu. According to information received from Bandipora police, along with army and CRPF personnel, had set up a check post near Shahgund Nursery in Ajas. The check post party caught three suspicious elements passing by. These three were coming from Khuspora towards Shahgund.

Seeing the check post, these three changed their route and started running, but the deployed soldiers chased and caught them. They have been identified as Shahzar Ahmed, Danish Ahmed Parre, and Attar Iqbal. All three are residents of Hajin. Two Chinese grenades, one magazine of an assault rifle and 17 cartridges, and other equipment were recovered from them.

Meanwhile, according to information received from Sopore, police have seized a 156 square feet shop and a room attached to it in Karalteng Sopore of notorious terrorist Imtiyaz Ahmed Kandu.
