The Security Forces Conducted Search Operation In Kulgam
The security forces conducted a search operation in two villages of Kulgam, After the information about the sighting of terrorists was received.
After receiving information about the sighting of terrorists, security forces have launched a search operation in two villages of district Kulgam, Kakran Pembe, and Katrasu.
After laying siege to both the villages, the security personnel is busy in search of the terrorists. As of now, there is no report of any encounter.
SOG of Jammu and Kashmir Police, Army, and CRPF personnel are involved in this operation.
According to information received from the police, they received information about the presence of terrorists in Kakran Pembe and Katrasu villages of Kulgam.
As soon as the information was received, the SOG personnel along with the joint team of Army and CRPF reached the village and started searching for the terrorists.
The security forces conducted a search operation: Presently the search operation is going on.
First, the outskirts of the village were searched when nothing was found there, then the security personnel went from house to house to inquire about the sightings of terrorists.
Let us tell you that on Wednesday evening also, the security forces had launched a search operation in the Check Nogam area of Shopian after the information about the sighting of terrorists.
Later this search operation turned into an encounter. During this, three army personnel were also injured.
Due to the night, the security forces postponed the encounter till morning and in the meantime, the terrorists managed to escape from there by taking advantage of the darkness.
A police officer said that we cannot ignore such information. Whenever we get information about the sighting of terrorists, we similarly conduct search operations in the said area.
Even today this search operation was carried out for the same reason. Often such information is correct. Many times it happens that the terrorists leave some other place even before we reach.
It can be said clearly only after the operation is completed. As of now, there is no report of any encounter.
