In Gonda, this is the case of Paska village in the Paraspur region. sleeping three daughters of Ramautar, become a victim of acid attack. All three are undergoing treatment at the district hospital. Along with this, the police is investigating the case.

Ramautar’s 17-year-old daughter Kajal (17 years), Mahima (12 years), and eight-year-old Sonam were sleeping on the second floor of the terrace. Meanwhile, acid was thrown at all three.

Around half-past two in the night, the elder daughter Khushboo came down screaming and clung to Ramautar. After this, both also came down screaming. In this, both Kajal’s face and other hands were scorched. The family reached the Gonda district hospital with these.

Where the condition of kajal is said to be critical. Umka Verma, in charge of Pascha Post, said that the matter is being investigated. Search is going on in many places. Along with this, where the acid has been purchased in recent times, there is also investigating.

Meanwhile, It took 38 years for the killer to be proved a minor, the High Court gave the decision with the intervention of the Supreme Court

It took 38 years for an accused convicted of murder to commit life imprisonment to prove himself a minor. Ram Vijay Singh of the accused Kanpur pleaded from the lower courts to the high court but did not get relief.

He approached the Supreme Court. On the direction of the Supreme Court, the Allahabad High Court bench found the accused as a minor at the time of the incident on the basis of medical evidence.

However, Ramvijay has been sentenced. The Supreme Court will now decide on the appeal against the sentence. The case was heard by a bench of Justice Pankaj Naqvi and Justice Rajiv Mishra.

Yachty along with Lakhan Singh and Shivvijay Singh were charged in the July 20, 1982 murder incident. On September 3, 1983, after the trial of the trial, the sessions court, Kanpur, convicted him of murder and sentenced him and other accused to life imprisonment.

An appeal was filed in the High Court on September 7, 1983, against this order. The High Court released the petitioner on bail.
