Army Chief Said- We Have To Be Careful With China
Army Chief said- we have to be careful, India’s strategy ready for Depsang.
After the disengagement process completed on Pangong Tso, India and China are ready to face other old issues like Depsang.
On these issues, Army Chief Manoj Mukund Narwane on Wednesday said that strategies are ready regarding them.
During this, he told that there is still a long way to go. The army chief has also warned neighbors about activities in the South China Sea.
On the question about Depsang, Narwane was asked what agreement India would have to make in talks with China, especially on Depsang.
To this, Army Chief Narwane said, ‘There are many issues still left, such as Depsang.
There are some issues stuck in eastern Ladakh and other areas along our northern border. But we have strategies for these.
He has said that China Factor has insisted on considering India to accelerate the indigenization of defense equipment.
India is cautious about China.
After the disengagement process, there is a danger that China can seize the vacancies on behalf of India.
To this, Narwane said, ‘The entire Disability Agreement or any agreement is based on the fact that it will be treated with letter and spirit’.
He said, ‘We will trust, but will also investigate. We have deployed systems to ensure that China does not recapture those places. We can only hope that China and the PLA will abide by this agreement.
The army chief has admitted that there is a lack of trust between the two sides. He said, ‘We have a long way to go. We will have to go to the de-escalation stage.
After this, the separation of army and army will have to be returned. He said that we have to be careful, there is a lack of trust here.
Until the lack of trust is removed, we have to be very careful and keep an eye on the activities of the LAC on both sides. He said ‘I think we have achieved a lot.’
