CBI Arrested The Man Who Sexually Abused Children
CBI arrested the man who sexually abused children, this man from Goa used to make videos of innocent people.
CBI has arrested a Goa-based man for allegedly sexually abusing 25 to 30 children and making videos of the malpractices and selling them to Indians and foreigners through the dark web and internet media platforms.
CBI officials gave this information on Tuesday. The arrested accused is a chef in a hotel in Goa. The CBI had registered this case on June 22, 2020.
The investigating agency came to know about the 29-year-old chef’s antics during its investigation against an alleged sexual abuse accused from Chitrakoot.
The accused of Chitrakoot was an engineer in the UP Irrigation Department. CBI spokesperson RC Joshi said that the accused arrested from Goa is a graduate in hotel management.
He was produced before a court in Goa for cases under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, which sent him to judicial custody.
Center has sought more time from the Supreme Court to decide the guideline of ex-gratia amount on death from Corona
The Central Government, by filing an application in the Supreme Court, has requested for four more weeks to decide the guideline of ex-gratia amount in the case of death from Corona.
NDMA was instructed to fix the guideline in six weeks on June 30
On June 30, while stamping the right of the relatives to get ex-gratia or compensation on death from Corona.
The court had directed the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) to do so within six weeks as per section 12(3) of the DMA Act.
Set a guideline regarding giving ex-gratia or compensation on death due to corona.
Requested for four weeks more time by filing an application in the Supreme Court.
In the application filed in the Supreme Court, the Central Government has requested to be given four more weeks to decide the guideline.
Central Government said that the discussion in NDMA on setting the guide line regarding compensation to the family members on death from Corona.
The process is actively underway and has come a long way. Before finalizing the guideline, the matter needs to be examined in more depth. Setting guidelines in haste can lead to unintended consequences.
