CDS General Bipin Rawat Said – Tension On The Border

CDS General Bipin Rawat said – Tension on the border, there is no denial of escalating conflict with China.

The two countries are currently in talks in Chushul for the eighth time in the Indian region on the ongoing deadlock between India and China along the eastern Ladakh border near the Line of Actual Control (LAC).

While negotiations are going on between the two countries, on the other hand, Chief of Army Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat has given a stern warning to China.

CDS General Bipin Rawat has said that India will not accept any change in LAC.

At the same time, he said that the tense situation on the border remains intact and the possibility of further escalating conflict with China cannot be ruled out.

In a speech delivered at a virtual symposium, General Rawat said that the situation along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh remains tense.

General Rawat said that the situation with the LAC in East Ladakh remains tense and the People’s Liberation Army is facing unforeseen consequences for its audacity in Ladakh. He said that we will not accept any change in the Line of Actual Control (LAC).

Andaman and Nicobar Command organized a joint service exercise, three forces participated

The Andaman and Nicobar Command (ANC) on Thursday organized a three-day joint service exercise called Bull Strike, located off Teresa Island.

Military officials gave this information on Thursday. Officials said the drill began on Tuesday and ended on Thursday.

It saw the participation of officers of the Indian Army’s parachute brigade, Marcos (Marine Commando Force), and Special Forces, the three service components of the ANC.

Officials said that the emphasis was on increasing the interoperability and synergy between the three armies, army, navy, and air force to increase combat capability.

Officials said that as part of the exercise, Army, Navy, and Air Force contingents were mobilized for amphibious landings in close coordination with the para-drop (parachute drop) of special forces.

The exercise was held in Teresa Island, which is located in the strategically important Nicobar Islands.

He said that ground-based maneuvers, tactics, and procedures were rehearsed for joint operations in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Also practiced by soldiers participating in search and rescue (SAR) and medical evacuation procedures.

Lt. General Manoj Pandey, Commander-in-Chief of the ANC, observed the exercise on the last day and addressed the troops.

He praised them for achieving high standards of training and motivated the troops to maintain the highest state of readiness to operate at all times.
