Delhi Univerisity Professor shocked in the waterlogged house, he was only 37-year-old. As per the family, Vikas Tyagi interacted with a live wire and died on the spot. Vikas Tyagi, a Delhi Univerisity (DU) Assistant Professor who had gotten back home to Moradabad during the lockdown, was shocked after the water went into his home here on Saturday night.
As per the family, Tyagi, 37, interacted with a live wire and kicked the bucket on the spot. Tyagi was an Assistant Professor in the Branch of Material science, Bhaskaracharya School of Applied Sciences, DU, and is made due by his better half, a 12-year-old little girl, and a five-year-old child.
The family that lives in Dwarka’s Division 2 had descended to their familial house in Moradabad during the lockdown. The episode happened when Vikas was attempting to separate an inverter kept on the ground floor where water had collected after a substantial downpour.
He fell on the spot and was hurried to an emergency hospital where he was announced brought dead.
Vikas’ cousin Hemant stated, “The whole Buddhi Vihar settlement stays waterlogged during the storm and water goes into our homes. Regardless of rehashed grumblings to the metro specialists, nothing was done to address the issue. On the off chance that they had acted in time, my cousin would not have kicked the bucket.”
Not long after the episode, furious neighbors assembled on the spot asserting the urban body’s oppression. The civil authorities got the ball rolling and deputed laborers to empty out water out of the perished’s home and different pieces of the province.
