IED Blast in Kulgam: 3 jawans injured in IED blast in Kulgam, Kashmir. In Kulgam in southern Kashmir, militants targeted the security forces with IEDs. The terrorists had planted IEDs in one place.
When the security forces were passing by, the terrorists detonated the IED. Three soldiers were injured due to this while one soldier was killed.
The soldiers injured in this attack have been admitted to the Army’s 92 Base Hospital for treatment. The terrorist organization named Kashmir Tigers has claimed responsibility for the attack. This terrorist organization came into existence about a week ago.
The martyred jawan has been identified as Rewari Kosli of Deepak Kumar resident Haryana while the injured were identified as Havaldar Samika of Sundargarh, Odisha, Meethal from Garwana village in Odisha Sundargarh Baral, and as Kan Singh of Nagaur Suganadh, Rajasthan.
According to the information, a squad of security forces was patrolling on the Shamsipora highway of Kulgam in south Kashmir that suddenly four soldiers were injured by an IED blast planted near a school by militants today.
After executing this incident, the terrorists escaped from the scene.
At present, a search operation has been launched for the terrorists’ detention. All the blocks have been set up. A search is being done for every vehicle passing through the nakas.
The soldiers of the four security forces injured in the terrorist attack have been admitted to the Army’s 92 Base Hospital where all three are in treatment while one soldier has been martyred.
Kulgam SSP says that after this IED blast, police officials have reached the spot. The team of experts is also at the scene where all the investigations are being done.

Meanwhile, 24-year-old Nadeef Hanif Khan’s son Mohammad Hanif, a resident of Bilal Colony Saura, died in SKIMS Saura Hospital, who was injured in a terrorist attack on December 1, 2020.
Dr. Farooq Khan, the medical superintendent of SKIMS, said that Nadeef died from a bullet wound on his head, causing his death. However, the police have registered a case in this regard.
According to Defense Ministry spokesman Colonel Rajesh Kalia, the attack happened around 10.15 am. Four military personnel were injured in this attack. One of them has been martyred.
