Madrasa of Kashmir, Jamia Siraj-ul-Uloom celebrated Republic Day for the first time, the terrorists involved in many terror incidents have been associated with the seminary.

This is the first time in the last 72 years that Republic Day celebrations have been celebrated in a madrasa in Kashmir. On Tuesday, when Republic Day was being celebrated all over the country, Kashmir also witnessed tricolor rallies and flag hoisting.
Though the cold was intense, the zeal and thrill of Jamhooriyat also brought warmth to temperatures below zero.
The main event of Republic Day at the official level in Kashmir is celebrated at Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Stadium, Srinagar.
Basir Ahmed Khan, Advisor to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Kumar Sinha, flagged off. Colorful cultural programs were also presented on the occasion.
Apart from government celebrations, people celebrated Republic Day celebrations, Jashn e Jamhooriyat in towns in various cities of the Valley.
This madrasa is said to be inlaid with the banned Jamaat-e-Islami.
There was also a madrasa Jamia Siraj-ul-Uloom located in Shopian, called the stronghold of terrorists, in the spirit of Jashn e Jamhooriyat in the Valley.
Located in Hilu, Imamsahab, this madrasa is said to be inlaid with the banned Jamaat-e-Islami. Nearly a dozen terrorists who have been involved in the Pulwama case and many other terrorists have allegedly had direct and indirect connections with this institution.

On the occasion of Republic Day, a large number of local people started gathering on the premises of Jamia Siraj-ul-Uloom. Although there was a sheet of snow all around the premises, everyone was unaware of it.
First, it was decided that the flag hoisting should be done by a local student, but the local people decided that this honor should be given to an elderly person. Barbug’s number dar received this honor.
The tricolor was hoisted, the national anthem was performed. Slogans of Hindustan Zindabad were raised.
People vowed to keep their area free from jihadi elements and to light the torch of Jamhooriyat. In this ceremony which lasted for about an hour, people were sitting in the snow.
Jamia Siraj-ul-Uloom Chairman Maheed Yusuf Mantu said that there have been attempts to discredit our institution for some reasons.
The people involved in the violence, who are related to our institute, did not teach in our institute. We have always cooperated in the investigation. We are people. We believe in Islam, Islam only talks about peace, truth, and patriarchy.
Youngsters ride their vehicles and organize a tricolor rally
Jashmur-e-Zamhuriyat was excited in the Wilgam area of Kupwara, a district adjoining the LoC in North Kashmir. Local youth riding in their vehicles organized a tricolor rally.
The rally passed through different areas of the town. Whenever the rally passed through a crowded area, the people present there would have welcomed the slogan of Hindustan Zindabad.
