Intelligence agency issued an Alert to Madhya Pradesh Police. MP police are on high alert after the punishment of SIMI terrorists, sleeper cells can spoil the state’s environment.
MP police intelligence system has become active again after the recent punishment of SIMI terrorists in the capital Bhopal.
After input of suspicious activities, the police are keeping an eye on the sleeper cell affected by this organization. Police Headquarters is continuously monitoring the movement and activities.
On Friday, Bhopal District Court sentenced 2 SIMI terrorists Sadiq, and Umer to life imprisonment and 2 terrorists Abu Faisal, and Irfan Nagori to 10 years each.
According to sources, after this decision, the intelligence issued an Alert to Madhya Pradesh Police.
Intelligence had received input that the sleeper cell, influenced by the ideology of SIMI organization, is conspiring to dissolve poison in the state’s food.
The input of suspicious activities of sleeper cells was also received.
Therefore, along with keeping an eye on the suspicious activities of the cell, the police headquarters is also monitoring. MP Police is already on alert regarding JMB terrorist organization.
Intelligence agency issued an Alert: Encounter in Sendhwa after jailbreak.
On 1 October 2013, SIMI terrorist Abu Faisal escaped with his partner by climbing the wall of Khandwa Jail.
The ATS IG got information that the SIMI terrorists who were absconding from Khandwa Jail are going to come to the border district of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
On this, the ATS team reached Sendhwa on the intervening night of 23-24 December.
There, there was an encounter with the ATS team of Abu Faisal, Irfan Nagori, and Khalid Ahmed.
During the encounter, the three terrorists of SIMI were caught by the ATS team, and pistols and cartridges were recovered from them.
This is how SIMI terrorists were caught.
Terrorists Abu Faisal and Irfan Nagori told ATS during interrogation that they had given the explosives to Sadiq resident Soulapur.
When the ATS arrested Sadiq and interrogated him, he told that the explosive was near Umer Dandoti.
When Umer Dandoti was caught, a pistol, gelatin rod, and dynamite were recovered from him. In further interrogation, he told the other accused to be with him.
After this, the ATS presented a challan against 9 people in the special court of NIA. The other accused in this case was absconding and was later killed in a police encounter.
