Ingredients to make Keema Kachori
For kachori: Keema Kachori recipe
- 2 cups flour.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon celery.
- 2 tablespoons ghee.
- Water (as required).
- Oil (for frying).
For mince: Keema Kachori recipe
- 500 grams mince.
- 1 large onion (finely chopped).
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped).
- 1 inch ginger (grated).
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala.
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/4 cup curd.
- Green coriander (finely chopped).
- Oil (for frying).
Method to make Keema Kachori
- First of all, add flour, salt, celery, and ghee in a large vessel and mix well.
- Now gradually add water while kneading a soft dough. For 15 to 20 minutes, keep the dough covered.
- After this, heat oil in a pan add onion, green chili, and ginger, and fry till golden brown.
- Now add minced meat and fry well.
- When the minced meat is fried well, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt and mix well.
- Presently add curd blend it cover it and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Then just add green coriander and mix it.
- Now make small balls of dough.
