Hyderabad Police busted a gang who cheated on the pretext of getting jobs in UP and Delhi, and four were arrested.

Cyber ​​Crime Police of Detective Department of Hyderabad City has busted a fraud racket in the name of getting jobs by raiding two call centers in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.

During this, the police have also arrested four accused. The police gave this information on Monday.

The four accused have been identified as Nitish Kumar, Karan Kohli, Rahul Kumar, and Prateek Manwar Aswal. All the arrested persons have been brought to Hyderabad on transit warrants.

Case registered against four accused.

According to a statement by Hyderabad Police, the accused Karan duped a person of Rs 5,49,220 on the pretext of getting him a job as Senior General Manager in Shell Plc India Company.

Another accused Prateek cheated a woman of Rs 1,73,650 on the pretext of getting her a job as an accountant in Accenture company.

A case has been registered against the four accused under sections 419, 420 r/w 34 of the IPC and sections 66 (C and D) of the ITA Act.

Police said that the accused used to collect details of job aspirants through online portals and other sources.

Thereafter the accused used to contact the concerned person through email or call. The accused had offered suitable jobs to the candidates as per their qualifications.

Thereafter, the accused sent appointment letters to them through email to gain the trust of the people and then deposited money from them on the pretext of the registration fees, processing fees, security deposits, training fees, uniform fees, medical examinations, etc.

Police warned people.

Police said that the accused have duped many people across India in a similar manner.

He also opened offices and call centers at Rajouri Garden in Delhi and Indirapuram, Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh to carry out these illegal activities.

Further, the police warned people not to believe such job offers and go ahead with payment procedures as genuine organizations do not ask for money for providing jobs.
