Mata Vaishno Devi travelers found infected in large numbers, 150 passengers were found infected in two days: Mata Vaishno Devi.
The cases of corona infection have undoubtedly reduced in Jammu and Kashmir, but travelers arriving from other states to visit Mata Vaishno Devi are found infected in large numbers.
This worries the administration. Of the total cases of infection on Monday, 72 are travelers from other states in the Reasi district.
According to the data received from the National Health Mission, among the cases of infection coming in the Jammu division, travelers coming from other states are very high.
One and a half hundred passengers have been found infected in two days. All had reached Katra directly by train.
In the last week of June, when the cases of infection decreased in the Jammu division, the number of infected most of travelers coming to Mata Vaishno Devi started increasing.
When the cases came: On June 24, 41 cases were reported in Reasi district, 41 of them were passengers. On June 25, 96 cases were reported in Reasi district, 79 of them were passengers.
A total of 19 cases were reported in Reasi district on 26, 13 of them were travelers. After a few days, there were no cases of infection.
Infected travelers coming to Reasi district again for two days are being found. On Sunday, 75 passengers who came to see Vaishno Devi got infected.
72 more cases came on Monday. Infected people coming to Reasi are being sent home.
If they cannot follow the protocol, they are being kept in government centers. Shrine Board has set up a center at Panthal.
More number of infected in Kashmir: Out of 274 infected on Monday, 113 are from the Jammu division and 161 from the Kashmir division. 72 cases were registered in the Jammu division.
Not a single case was reported in the Udhampur district. Only four cases were reported in the Jammu district, eight in Rajouri, six in Doda, two in Kathua.
In the Kashmir division 53 cases were reported in the Srinagar district, 10 in Baramulla, 12 in Budgam, 19 in Pulwama, 16 in Kupwara, 19 in Anantnag.
Now cases have started coming down in the Kashmir division as well.
According to the data received from the National Health Mission, a total of six corona-infected patients died on Monday.
Of these, one died in CHC Mendhar, one GMC Doda, one District Hospital Poonch, one Medicity Super Specialty Hospital Jalandhar, one GMC Baramulla, and one GMC Anantnag.
Four of them were residents of the Jammu division and two from the Kashmir division. One of the dead was a resident of the Jammu district.
One was from Doda, two from Poonch, one from Baramulla, and one from Anantnag district. So far, a maximum number of 1136 patients have died in the Jammu district.
So far 4343 patients have died in Jammu and Kashmir and 317250 people have been infected.
So far 309133 patients have become completely healthy due to the recovery of 461 more infected. With this, the number of active patients has now come down to 3774.
