Mosque closed in Israel for 10 days, Palestine condemned.
The Palestinian authorities have condemned the Israeli decision under which Mosque has been closed for 10 days. In fact, Israel announced the closure of the ancient Ibrahimi Mosque of the city of Hebron on the west coast.
Mahmoud al-Habbash, the religious and Islamic affairs adviser to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, said on Friday that the closure of Masjid in Israel is a war crime.
Al-Hubbash said, “There is the outrage among Muslims around the world after the Muslim devotees are banned from entering the mosque.” He added, ‘This is an intervention in the forces of the al-Waqf department.’
The Ministry of Palestinian Al-Waqf oversees the mosques present in these holy shrines, mainly in the Palestinian Territories.
Authorities in the Jewish state have decided in the wake of Covid-19 that the mosques in Hebron will be closed for 10 days.
The director of Ibrahimi Masjid Hebi Ebu Sneeh said, ‘Israel’s decision is baseless because all the visiting devotees of Masjid must undergo adequate health check-ups.
Also, all these protocols take care of wearing masks and physical distance.
Protest against killing of 11 laborers of Shia Hazara community in Pakistan, a large protest in Karachi, 17 flights canceled
There was a massive protest in Karachi on Friday to protest the killing of 11 people belonging to the minority Shia Hazara community in Pakistan. During this, thousands of people took to the streets and blocked the way.
Due to the mass demonstrations, 17 local and international flights were canceled and 25 flights were delayed. Of the flights canceled, nine are of Pakistan International Airlines.
Life disrupted by demonstrations.
On Sunday, 11 Shia Hazara community laborers working in a coal mine in Machha town near Quetta were abducted. Their bodies were later recovered by gunfire.
The terrorist organization IS claimed responsibility for the incident. The incident was condemned internationally and led to heavy protests in Pakistan.
This protest is still going on. These protests are taking place in a peaceful manner but life is being disturbed by them.
