Mumbai police officer Sachin Waze arrested by NIA in case of the explosive-laden car near Mukesh Ambani’s house.

The NIA has arrested Sachin Waze, Assistant Police Inspector (API) of the Mumbai Police, in connection with the recovery of a car full of explosives from near Mukesh Ambani’s house in Mumbai.

Mumbai police officer Sachin Waze had reached the NIA office in Mumbai to record his statement on Saturday. The National Investigation Agency arrested Sachin Waze after a lengthy interrogation.

Earlier, Sachin’s anticipatory bail plea in the Mansukh Hiren case was turned down by the Sessions Court in Thane.

The court said – the proof is visible against him.

It is known that the NIA is investigating the case of explosives-laden Scorpio outside the house of industrialist Mukesh Ambani.

He reached the NIA office on Saturday to record his statement after Sachin’s anticipatory bail plea was rejected by the Thane Sessions Court in the case of Mansukh Hiren’s death.

The NIA interrogated Sachin Vazh for a long time and later arrested him. The court, while rejecting Vaje’s anticipatory bail plea, said that evidence against him was prima facie visible.

An inquiry was going on from 11 am.

The NIA started questioning Sachin Waze from 11 am on Saturday. According to sources, questions were asked about his acquaintance with Mansukh, his use of Scorpio, parked with gelatin sticks, and threatening letters near Mukesh Ambani’s house after the Scorpio was stolen.

It is believed that the NIA has seen strong evidence against him in this case only when he (Sachin Vaze) was arrested late at night.

The opposition was demanding the arrest.

The court also said that he should be interrogated for custody. The Opposition is continuously demanding his arrest after the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) pointed out to Sachin Waze in the FIR lodged in the Mansukh Hiren case.

In view of this, Sachin Vazhe had filed a petition for an anticipatory bail in a Thane court on Friday. On Friday itself, the court dismissed the petition saying that there was sufficient evidence against the petitioner at first sight.

The court said that the charges in the case of Mansukh Hiren’s death have been framed under serious sections like 302 (murder), 120B (criminal conspiracy), and 201 (evidence erasure) of the Indian Penal Code.

Not only this, Mansukh Hiren was with the petitioner on 27-28 February. In this case, Mansukh’s wife has made direct allegations against Vazhe.

The court further said that since the matter is in the initial stage, there is a need to interrogate him by detaining him.

At the same time, in his petition filed for anticipatory bail on Friday, he said that no one has been named in the FIR in the Mansukh case. The said FIR is baseless and aimless. He had also argued for making himself a scapegoat.

He said that on March 8, he was interrogated a long time by ATS officers. In this inquiry, I have told that when Mansukh went missing and he was allegedly murdered.

I was in the Dongri area of ​​South Mumbai at that time. However, the court did not agree with Waze’s pleas.

BJP demands suspension.

After the court rejected Sachin Waze’s anticipatory bail plea, the opposition BJP in the state has demanded that Sachin Waze should be suspended.

Leader of the Opposition in the state legislative council, Praveen Darekar, said, “If API had been innocent, he would not have gone to court.” This means that the session court has rejected Waze’s anticipatory bail plea for some valid reason.

At the same time, BJP MLA Atul Bhatkhalkar said, it seems that he has realized that he can be made a scapegoat like some officers in the past.

A week after the incident, Scorpio’s alleged owner Mansukh Hiren died under suspicious circumstances. It is said that the Mumbai Police’s API Sachin was running the Scorpio for four months.

Not only this, even after the car was found near Mukesh Ambani’s house, he was constantly in touch with Mansukh Hiren. This is the reason that Mansukh’s family is expressing suspicion of his murder to Sachin.
