If Arvind remains in the custody of the investigating agency for more than 48 hours, then he will be considered as deemed suspended. Arvind’s troubles may increase.
Negi was taken into custody by Shimla on Thursday for questioning, but no one was allowed to know about it. Earlier in November, the NIA had raided several locations in Shimla and Kinnaur.
There was a lot of commotion in the Shimla residence. At the same time, a property dealer from Nahan in Sirmaur was also taken into custody for questioning.
It is said that the investigating agency reached Negi through the same. After this, its bank accounts were also checked.
He had recently returned to Himachal.
