Nine soldiers injured in IED blast in Sukma, Assistant Commandant martyred, CM pays tribute.

Anti Naxalite Operation: Maoists in Sukma district have attacked the soldiers of the Cobra 206 battalion with IED.

Assistant Commandant Nitin Bhalerao has been martyred in this attack, while nine CRPF personnel have been reported injured.

Dinesh Kumar, Sidhu Terdam, and Shriram have been admitted to the Ramakrishna Hospital. Dinesh and Shriram will have an operation.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel strongly condemned the Naxalite encounter in the Sukma district.

He paid his humble tribute to the martyrdom of Assistant Commandant Nitin Bhalerao of the Cobra Battalion of CRPF and expressed deep condolences to his family members.

The Chief Minister has wished speedy recovery of the injured soldiers in this incident.

At the same time, Governor Anusuiya Uike has also expressed deep condolences to the Assistant Commandant of the Martyred CRPF’s Cobra Battalion.

The Governor has paid deep tribute to the martyrs while paying tribute to the martyr. Apart from this, former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh also tweeted and wished the wounded soldiers to recover soon.

It is being told that all these soldiers were returning from the operation around ten o’clock at night when the soldiers came under the target of Naxalites at a place six kilometers from Burkapal in Tadmetla area.

All the wounded jawans belonged to the Cobra 206 battalion. Sukma SP KL Dhruv has confirmed the attack.

He said that all the wounded jawans have been taken from the helicopter to Raipur, while Assistant Commandant Nitin has died on the way.

On receiving information about the incident, an Air Force helicopter was dispatched to rescue injured soldiers. Five injured soldiers were brought to Alsubah Raipur.

Two jawans are admitted in Balaji and three jawans are admitted in RKCH. The final salute will be given to Assistant Commandant Nitin Bhalerao at the 4th Battalion Parade Ground.

CRPF officials including the Governor, CM, DGP will be included. After the salute, the body will be sent to the home from the regular flight of Mumbai at 10:35 pm.

At the same time, Bastar IG Sundarraj P, while confirming the incident said that more information in this matter will be available only after the soldiers return from the forest.

The soldiers are injured in the blast or from the spike hole, information is also being taken.

In fact, on Saturday, a joint party of security forces went out in a search operation against Naxalites in the Tadmetla area.

Meanwhile, some jawans have been injured by being trapped in a spike hole planted by Naxalites late at night. At the same time, some IEDs are reported to be vulnerable.

Efforts are being made to rescue the injured soldiers. Joint operations were conducted from Burkapal, Temalwara, and Chintagufa on the information of the presence of Naxalites.

While patrolling in the forest of Tadmetla late in the evening, the soldiers were moving that during this time the jawans got hit by spike hole and IED.
