This intervention petition was filed by SKM Foundation through its trustee Sudhir Mishra.

Sanjeev Newar and Swati Goyal Sharma have filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court demanding the removal of protesters protesting on the borders of Delhi in view of the Corona crisis.

The petition had come up for consideration on Monday with the hearing taking place on automatic treatment of Corona’s treatment and availability of essential equipment and medicines.

But due to technical difficulties, the Supreme Court could not conduct the hearing through video conferencing, due to which the hearing of the case was also postponed till Thursday.
