Pulwama attack accused Vaiz-ul-Islam has filed an application for bail in the court citing NEET examinations. The court will give its verdict on September 3 on the bail application. At the same time, NIA lawyer Vipin Kalra opposed this bail application and said that he will present his side in the court on this.

You are aware that on August 26, the NIA had filed a charge sheet of about 13500 pages and removed the veil from the faces of the conspirators involved in the Pulwama attack that took India-Pakistan to the mouth of the war. A charge sheet was filed against 19 accused in a suicide attack on a CRPF convoy in Lethpura, Pulwama on February 14, 2019, in the NIA special court.

40 CRPF personnel was martyred and many injured in this attack. Although the Pulwama attack was conducted by Masood Azhar, the mastermind of the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Muhammad with the support of the Pakistani Army and its intelligence agency ISI, all the preparations were done in Pulwama itself.

The NIA proved in its investigation that terrorist Mohammed Omar Farooq had prepared a strong network of underground workers for the Jaish from Pulwama in South Kashmir to Srinagar and Budgam. 19-year-old Vaiz-ul-Islam from Srinagar bought four kilograms of aluminum powder on the online shopping portal Amazon. He did this at the behest of Mohammad Ismail.
