Spicy Soybean Chilli: For how many people: 4.

Material:

1. Soybean – 2 cups.

2. Onion- 2.
3. Tomato- 2.
4. Capsicum- 1.
5. Green chilli- 4.
6. Green onion- 1.
7. Carrot-1.
8. Cumin- 1 tsp.
9. Black pepper- 1 tsp.
10. Curd- 4 tbsp.
11. Corn flour- 2 tbsp.
12. Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tbsp.
13. Soya sauce- 2 tbsp.
14. Green chili sauce- 3 tbsp.
15. White vinegar- 2 tbsp.
16. Coriander leaves- 4 tbsp.
17. Oil- as per requirement.
18. Salt- as per taste.

Method :

  1. First of all, take a pan put water in it, and keep it on the gas to heat.
  2.  When the water becomes hot, add some salt to it and then put soybeans in it and soak them.
  3. When it comes to 4-5 boils, turn off the gas, take out the soybeans from the water, and separate them.
  4. Now chop onion, tomato, carrot, green onion, green chili and capsicum.
  5. Take a pan and heat some oil in it, add cumin, and ginger-garlic paste and fry it, and then add all the vegetables in it.
  6. After cooking the vegetables for 5 minutes, add curd to it and let it mix with all the vegetables.
  7. Now add green chili sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, and corn flour, mix it, and also add some salt to it.
  8. Now fry the soybean well in oil on one side and then put it in the pan with vegetables and roast it well.
  9. Finally, when all the vegetables are cooked properly and the soybean is also cooked, add white vinegar to it and after cooking for 2 minutes, turn off the gas.
  10. Your soybean chili is ready. Serve it hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
