Starlink Satellite Internet: Starlink’s fast internet connectivity will be available first in these areas of India.

Starlink Satellite Internet: Elon Musk’s satellite internet connectivity, which is included in the list of the world’s richest people, is going to be launched in India soon.

It can be started first from some selected Lok Sabha constituencies of India.

For this, 10 Lok Sabha constituencies have been identified by Starlink. Starlink satellite internet connectivity will be the first to be started in 10 Lok Sabha constituencies of India located in rural areas.

To execute this strategy, preparations have been made by the company for virtual meetings with members of parliament, ministers, and top government officials.

According to the company, Starlink connectivity will see a lot of changes in the life of rural areas.

It starts in December 2022.

SpaceX’s satellite broadband service is starting in India from December 2022.

Sanjay Bhargava, Director, Starlink India said that we are in talks with Union Ministers, Secretaries and leaders, so that fast internet connectivity can be done in rural areas of India.

Earlier, Bhargava had said that more than 5,000 pre-orders have been received for Starlink’s fast internet connectivity from India.

Also, their willingness to provide broadband connectivity in rural areas has been expressed.

At present, Rs 7,350 is being charged from each customer in India for satellite-based internet connectivity by the company.

Along with this, it is being claimed that it will be provided data at a speed of 50 to 150 Mbps per second.

Reliance Jio will compete with Bharti Airtel.

According to the company, a large number of orders are coming from rural areas for Starlink’s satellite-based internet.

Elon Musk’s satellite-based fast broadband internet will compete with Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea.

Along with this, its competition is also being considered with Bharti Group-owned OneWeb.

The Starlink company hopes that it will get permission from the Government of India to start broadband service under a pilot project across India in a few months.

But at present, satellite players do not want spectrum to be allotted to them through auction.
