Ingredients
Sweet potato – 3 to 4 medium-sized (boiled)
Boiled potato – 1 (optional)
Green chilli – 1 to 2 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 teaspoon grated
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Rock salt or normal salt – according to taste
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chat masala – 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Ghee or oil – for frying the tikki

Method of preparation
First of all, peel the boiled sweet potato and mash it well. If you want, you can also add boiled potato to it so that there is good binding in the tikki.
Now add green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, spices, lemon juice and salt to it. Prepare it in the shape of tikki.
After this, heat a little ghee or oil on a non-stick pan and fry the tikkis till they turn golden on both sides.
If you want, serve them with curd, green chutney or tamarind chutney. It is beneficial to eat in every way.
