During the hearing of the case, the Bench found that the trial court in its order dated June 1, 2021, has directed witnesses number one to five to produce their statements in a sealed cover, terming them as protected witnesses.

The bench said that since it is a sensitive matter, by making public the statements of the protected witnesses, they cannot be put in danger.
