After this, Delhi Police has also taken the lead and security has been increased at important places – important establishments besides railway stations and bus stands.

According to information received from sources, such information has been received from Delhi Police Special Cell that terrorists are preparing to launch a big attack on Delhi.

It is being told that this has been revealed through an unknown email. This threatening email has been allegedly made by a terrorist organization Tehreek-e-Taliban (India Cell).

At the same time, Delhi Police has now come on alert mode after receiving inputs from Uttar Pradesh Police about possible terrorist attacks in Delhi.

It has also been learned that Delhi Police conducted a surprise search at Sarojini Nagar Market in New Delhi on Tuesday as part of a security alert in view of the possibility of a terrorist attack.

Along with this, security has been increased in the big markets of Delhi. Its effect is also visible from Wednesday morning. The promptness of Delhi Police personnel was seen in many places.

On the other hand, Ashok Randhawa, President of Sarojini Nagar Mini Market Traders Association said that the market remained closed due to some security threats.

Ashok Randhana says that in view of security threats, Delhi Police has received orders to close the markets and keep a strict vigil.

Despite this, the Delhi Police has not officially issued any statement on receiving inputs of the terror attack.

It is worth noting that the IB (Intelligence Bureau) continues to issue terror attack alerts on the basis of intelligence inputs if needed, regarding the capital of the country, Delhi, which is the target of terrorists.

If intelligence agencies are to be believed, terrorists can attack the offices of the army and security forces, railway stations, metro stations, and airports apart from the congested areas of Delhi. Foreign tourists are also at risk of being targeted.
