West Indies won the 3-match series 2-0: WI vs BAN. Kyle Meyers and Pooran smashed Bangladesh, and West Indies won the series with a match.

West Indies have also won the third T20 match against Bangladesh (West Indies, West Indies vs Bangladesh), performing well.

Chasing the target of 164 runs, West Indies got off to a bad start. He lost 3 wickets for just 43 runs. Sherman Brooks 12, Brian King 7, and Odien Smith were dismissed for 2 runs.

This was an occasion when Bangladeshi bowlers were putting pressure on West Indies batters.

But Kyle Meyers and Niklas Pooran, who was handling the responsibility of the opening, retaliated against the visiting bowlers.

Kyle Meyers and Niklas Pooran shared an 85-run partnership. This partnership was broken by the dismissal of Meyers. Kyle Meyers scored 55 runs off 38 balls.

By the time he got out, the team’s score was 128 runs. West Indies were close to victory and only a big mistake could have derailed them. Captain Niklas Pooran made sure no such mistake happened.

He stood at one end till the end and returned unbeaten on 75 runs. Thanks to his responsible innings, West Indies achieved the target on the second ball of the 19th over.
