Canada made it to the FIFA World Cup after 36 years: Football World Cup Qualifier.

Canada qualified for the FIFA World Cup after 36 years after beating Jamaica 4-0 in a World Cup qualifier match.

Canada had only played once before in the 1986 World Cup. Canada missed a chance at the Qatar World Cup after a 0-1 loss to Costa Rica last week.

It was Canada’s first defeat after six victories in World Cup qualifying. But he made a strong comeback in the home crowd in the match against Jamaica.

Jamaica’s team is already out of the race for the World Cup.

Earlier, for Canada, Kyle Larrin scored a goal in the 13th minute from Stefan Eustakio.

Then before the end of the first half, Taejon Buchanan hit a shot from the left corner in the 44th minute that crossed the goal post.

After this, Junior Hoelett strengthened Canada’s lead by scoring a goal in the 82nd minute on Buchanan’s pass.

Then in the last minute, Jamaica’s Adrian Mariappa scored a suicide goal in 88th minute.

America moves closer to making it to the World Cup.
