During this, slogans were also raised demanding the safe return of the hostages. Some people whose loved ones are in captivity of Hamas also participated in the rally.

Protests were held outside the US Embassy and the United Nations Mission in Jakarta, the Indonesian capital.

People took out marches from many mosques of the city and reached these places and expressed their displeasure towards America for supporting Israel.

Protesters demanded an end to Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip.
