Abdul Malik, who is said to be the mastermind of the ruckus that took place during the removal of encroachment in Malik’s garden in Banbhulpura, Haldwani in Uttarakhand, has been arrested. According to sources, a joint team of Delhi and Uttarakhand Police has arrested Malik in Delhi. However, right now the police officers are avoiding saying anything in this matter.
