Indian intelligence has tracked the Saharanpur and Faridabad terror conspiracy leader, Dr Muzaffar Ahmed Rather, to Afghanistan after a secret stop in Dubai. Linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed’s fidayeen network, he reportedly travelled for specialized suicide-bomb training. Investigators recovered 3,000+ videos from suspects, including detailed bomb-assembly guides, and identified three suspected Pakistani handlers involved in the operation.
Back in India, the questioning of Dr Adil, Dr Muzammil, and cleric Maulvi Irfan Ahmed has led to a series of significant findings.
