CDS General Bipin Rawat Says, Possibility Of War With China
CDS General Bipin Rawat does not rule out the possibility of war with China.
On the one hand, where the eighth round of meetings called for resolving the border dispute between India and China has ended without achieving a break.
On the other hand, Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat believes that the war with the dragon in view of the threat from China, the possibilities can not be sidelined.
He made this statement at a time when talks were going on between India and China. General Rawat also says that there is a lot of tension in the past line of actuarial control.
In such a situation, there can be a war between the two countries at any time.
According to him, the situation that China has created on the border can make things worse at any time and there can be a conflict between the two sides.
The talks between the military commanders of the two countries took place in Chushul in eastern Ladakh.
In his statement, Rawat has also made it clear that India is not going to tolerate any change on the border. Apart from them, India has made its position very clear in this matter at the military commander level talks to resolve the border dispute.
Let me tell you that at present the temperature in Ladakh is minus 20 degrees. In such a situation, the armies of both countries are standing there.
This did not happen before. Indian soldiers used to come down from high posts in extremely cold weather. Taking advantage of this, China placed its soldiers there in May-April 2020.
On the night of 15-16 June, when the Indian jawans had a violent clash with the PLA jawans in Ladakh, ITBP jawans had already clashed with the PLA jawans in the area.
In the skirmish that took place on the night of 15-16 June, where 20 Indian soldiers, including a colonel, were killed.
According to the US intelligence report, more than 40 Chinese soldiers were killed in the skirmish.
Since then, the deployment of troops from both sides has been increased in this entire area. India has deployed various types of missiles, fighter jets, tanks to respond to every daring Chinese on the border.
At the same time, China has increased its air force in Tibet. It is because of this tension that this is the first time that India has deployed its troops in Mukhrapari, Tabletop, Rachin La, and Rangag La. Presently, India occupies 13 hills here.
