Amit Shah arrived at CRPF’s 83rd Raising Day Parade, the soldiers gave a warm welcome.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrives at Maulana Azad Stadium to attend the 83rd Raising Day Parade of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).

Seeing the Home Minister in their midst, CRPF jawans gave him a warm welcome with Bharat Mata Ki Jai. This is the first time that CRPF is celebrating its Raising Day outside the capital Delhi.

On reaching the stadium, Home Minister Amit Shah took the salute of the parade.

After taking the salute, the Home Minister awarded Police Gallantry Medals to the families of the soldiers who sacrificed their lives in anti-terrorist operations and the brave soldiers who showed their courage in these operations.

Giving this medal, he told the families of the martyrs that the entire country will always be indebted for the martyrdom of their loved ones.

Amit Shah arrived at CRPF’s 83rd Raising Day Parade: Tight security arrangements have been made in the city due to Amit Shah’s visit.

Due to the ongoing program at Maulana Azad Stadium in the city, all roads leading to the stadium have been closed for vehicular movement.

Bhagwati Nagar bridge and Gujjar Nagar bridge have been opened for both the coming and going of the bridge. Due to the traffic chaos, the situation of jams has arisen at many places.

In a short time, Home Minister Amit Shah will address the CRPF jawans and the people present in the ceremony.

According to sources, the Union Home Minister will also review the security arrangements ahead of the Amarnath Yatra and the proposed assembly elections.

Let us tell you that this is Shah’s second visit to Jammu in the last five months. Earlier, he had come on a five-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir.

The Home Minister reached the Jammu airport late Friday evening and from there directly left for the Raj Bhavan.

Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Mayor Chandra Mohan Gupta welcomed him.

During a function held on Friday evening, Home Minister Amit Shah handed over compassionate appointment orders to the families of four security personnel of Jammu and Kashmir Police.

These security personnel were martyred in terrorist incidents in Jammu and Kashmir.

Later, Amit Shah also interacted with the families of the martyred security personnel.

He said that the entire nation is proud of the courage and commitment shown by these brave security personnel of the Jammu and Kashmir Police.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh, and DGP Dilbag Singh were also present on the occasion.

The Union Home Minister will return after a meeting of high officials convened after the CRPF Raising Day celebrations.
