Amshipora Encounter: Two locals arrested in Amshipora fake encounter, accused of plotting murder. Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested two persons in the alleged Amshipora Shopian fake encounter case. The arrest of these two accused has given a new twist to the case.

The two men were detained by the police on charges of conspiring to murder. Both the detained persons are said to be residents of Chaugam Shopian and Nikas Arabal Pulwama.

According to information received from police sources, the two locals arrested are accused of conspiring to murder. The police have registered a case against both and started further investigation.

The police claim that after interrogating them, many important things can be revealed, which will be helpful in bringing out the truth of the Amashipora encounter.

The DNA of the youths missing from Rajouri and the alleged terrorists killed in the encounter have been matched with relatives. It became clear that these three youths are the missing laborers of Rajouri.

This has also led to the conclusion of the Court of Inquiry set up by the Army to investigate the Amashipora Shopian encounter that the Army unit involved in the firing violated the Armed Forces Special Powers Act, the Army’s Conduct Rules, and all the Special Operating Procedure Guidelines.
