Andhra Pradesh: 19-Year-Old Girl Employed In SBI Murdered

Andhra Pradesh: 19-year-old girl employed in SBI murdered, Chandrababu Naidu demands CBI probe.

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) National President and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu termed the alleged murder of 19-year-old girl Snehlata in Anantapur district as a horrific incident.

The girl worked at the State Bank of India (SBI).

He said that this is more terrible than the Joe Nirbhaya case. Blaming the YSRCP government for such incidents, he asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to get the matter investigated.

There have been over 400 attacks on women, girls, and even minor girls in the state. CBI should investigate all these incidents.

The TDP chief questioned why CM Jagan did not go to Anantapur to initiate immediate action and comfort the victim’s family.

If Jagan had taken stern action against the culprits in the first two or three incidents, the law and order situation would not have deteriorated.

Chandrababu Naidu said that the police did not take immediate action when the woman’s parents complained of harassment. For this, a case should be registered against the police.

Criminals beat the girl once in college. She was brave and a national level volleyball player, but was murdered by miscreants due to police and government apathy.

Even now the Chief Minister is not taking action to warn the culprits. The CM remained silent on several such cases including the gang-rape of a minor Dalit girl in Rajound recently.

Everyone should get on the road against Jagan Sarkar

Chandrababu Naidu accused CM Jagan and his ministers of not paying attention to the safety and respect of women, weaker sections, and backward classes.

They are intimidating all classes and plundering all sources of wealth in the state. Everyone should get on the road against Jagan Reddy’s government.

Police detained two people

The deceased used to work in a two-wheeler. She did not return home on Tuesday night. Troubled parents lodged a complaint at the Forest Town Police Station.

Police found a partially burnt corpse near Dharmavaram town on Wednesday, which was later identified by his parents.

Police have detained two people, one of whom was allegedly the victim’s lover. The family suspects that the lover along with his friend killed the girl.
