Army Deputy Chief visits American Indo-Pacific Command. Army Deputy Chief Lieutenant General SK Saini visited the US Indo-Pacific Command in Hawaii on Tuesday.

During this time he discussed ways to increase strategic cooperation between the two armies with senior US military commanders.

The American Indo-Pacific Command has 3.75 lakh military and civilian personnel. It is the largest integrated structure of the US Armed Forces.

Its function is to protect American interests in the Indo-Pacific region. It is known that Lieutenant General Saini is on a four-day US visit from Saturday.

During this time he also visited the Lightning Academy, the 25th Infantry Division of the US Army. There he interacted with the soldiers and observed the jungle training session.

The Indian Army Deputy Chief Lieutenant General SK Saini, who went on a trip to the US, held meetings with the US military officers in three days.

During this time he also discussed the topic of improving the coordination between the armies of the two countries. Saini traveled to the US on 17 October on a three-day visit.

The purpose of his visit was to increase military cooperation between the two armies, as well as procurement for troops stationed at forwarding posts along the China border in Ladakh.
