Bill has been introduced in Tamil Nadu Assembly against NEET (National Eligibility and Entrance Test) for medical entrance.

Through this, there will be a demand for permanent exemption from the state government NEET exam. A student had committed suicide on Sunday before appearing for the examination.

A 19-year-old student was found dead at home.

The death of the student is suspected to have been committed by suicide allegedly for fear of failing the examination as this was his third attempt, officials said.

Due to this incident, a scuffle started between the political parties of the state, whose echo was heard in the assembly today.

Opposition parties targeted the Chief Minister.

Let us tell you that after a day before the 19-year-old boy committed suicide before taking the examination, this matter has gained momentum, whose echo was heard till today in the assembly.

On Monday, the main opposition AIADMK in the Tamil Nadu Assembly targeted the government.

In response, Chief Minister MK Stalin introduced a bill to abolish NEET and provide admission to medical courses on the basis of Class XII marks to ensure social justice.

Opposition demands government jobs for one person from Dhanush’s family.

Leader of the Opposition K. Palaniswami on Sunday referred to the suicide death of 19-year-old Dhanush in his native Salem district and hit out at the government over the matter.

He said that though the DMK had promised to cancel NEET, it could not fulfill its promise, due to which many students did not prepare well.

Along with this, he has demanded a job for a person from Dhanush’s family.
